•. Portfolio Management: Conduct detailed analysis and monitoring of customer portfolios, ensuring effective recovery of outstanding balances and optimizing cash flow.
• Customer Service: Provide efficient support to internal and external clients, resolving inquiries related to portfolio management and ensuring a positive experience.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports using Excel to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• SAP Utilization: Record and manage financial information in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
• Effective Communication: Draft clear reports and communicate effectively both orally and in writing with diverse audiences.

• Experience: 1 to 1.5 years in roles related to portfolio management, customer service, or administrative areas.
• Academic Background: Recent graduate or technologist in:
• Business Administration
• Public Accounting
• Technical or technological programs from SENA in Accounting, Administration, or Accounting Assistant.
• Technical Skills:
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Experience with SAP (desirable but negotiable).
• Expertise in portfolio management and customer service.
