Your Role and Responsibilities:
Join our team as an Event Marketing Specialist Trainee, where we specialize in crafting top-tier virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. You’ll collaborate closely with our strategists to ensure flawless execution, compliance, and exceptional attendee experiences. Ideal candidates are passionate about B2B events, detail-oriented, and dedicated to creating impactful event experiences.
Your primary responsibilities include:
· Event Strategy and Planning: Support the Event team in different phases of events (pre-event, during-event, post-event), including venue selection, agency management, onsite logistics, and follow-up activities.
· Event Promotion and Advocacy: Champion events internally and externally, fostering interest and engagement among stakeholders.
