Rôle et responsabilités

As a member of the HR department, you will support organizational growth and the creation of a positive work environment for employees. You will gain a broad understanding of areas such as compensation, labor management, HR partnering, and recruitment, with the goal of developing specialized expertise over time. Upon joining, you will be assigned to one of the teams and learn fundamental HR knowledge and practical skills by assisting senior staff and supporting daily operations. Initial responsibilities include tasks such as attendance management, data entry, recruitment event preparation, and responding to employee inquiries, starting with supporting team operations and gradually taking on more responsibility. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with global teams and participate in HR transformation projects, building a strong foundation for a comprehensive HR career.


Example team assignments:

-Compensation: Support for compensation program administration and attendance management

-Labor Relations: Assistance with compliance and labor-management coordination

-HR Partner: Support for handling employee inquiries

-Recruitment: Assistance with event preparation and selection process operations


Compensation

This position targets new graduates and early-career professionals.

-Reference annual salary: ¥4,902,000 (monthly: ¥408,500)
