*Focus on end-to-end Tactical Buying RFx steps including 3-bid buy, negotiations, and contract redlining
*Execute low-value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying)
*Create global agreements with awarded suppliers, supported by Senior Sourcing Professionals
*Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct BU interviews, and present final event outcomes and supplier scoring
*Manage NDA/CDA engagement with suppliers before handover to Sourcing Analyst for agreement creation
*Prepare cost modeling (cost structure) for each sourcing project
*Provide data and support for Supplier Performance Management and collaborate with Senior Sourcing Professionals for BU/supplier presentations
*Work with Sourcing Analysts on Supplier Scorecard calculations and BU interactions
*Execute supplier financial health analysis and reporting for moderate-complexity cases
*Support middle and back-office procurement tasks based on complexity
*Utilize market intelligence and supplier identification from Senior Sourcing Professionals and include suitable suppliers in sourcing projects
*Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
*Ability to communicate in Japanese or Korean is a bonus
*1-3 years of procurement experience
*General knowledge of end-to-end sourcing activities
*Basic knowledge of ERP procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle)
