Project infragraph is a new capability of the HashiCorp Cloud Platform (HCP), which is a resource graph system that connects infrastructure, applications, services, and ownership.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the team focused on Project Infragraph for defining, building, and scaling the Connectors Ecosystem, which is the standardized interface for ingesting infrastructure resource data into infragraph. In this role, you will help define and execute the strategy for bringing comprehensive, real-time resource data into the graph to enable key use cases
As part of this role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to define the roadmap, detail product requirements, and support go-to-market efforts. You will also help set product strategy, conduct user interviews, and oversee execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)
Craft the product story by understanding the landscape, user needs, and HashiCorp principles.
Define the connectors roadmap for Project infragraph.
Nurture and implement the graph data integration strategy across IBM portfolio products and partners
Prioritize the product roadmap by taking feedback from customers, ecosystem partners, engineering, marketing, and internal vision.
Drive the implementation of the unified data ingestion interface for all connectors, supporting extensibility, and simplifying deployment boundaries.
Define the data requirements and contracts for ingestion, specifying how raw resource data is transformed into the Project infragraph.
Conduct user research and write Press Release/Frequently Asked Questions (PRFAQs), Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to distill the research into requirements for engineering to deliver.
Work closely with engineering to write acceptance criteria for features and answer any questions they may have during implementation.
Communicate product status to all partners and stakeholders. Keep sales and marketing updated on feature releases and keep engineering informed on feature requests
Help with sales and marketing collateral to educate on the product story and features (Website copy, whitepapers, sales decks, FAQs, etc)
Proven ability to manage product features related to data pipelines, ingestion, and API design.
Prior experience working with cloud based data tooling or high availability data intensive workflows
Proven ability to deliver world-class enterprise products and tools
Experience or deep understanding of the complexity associated with integrating data from multi-cloud environments (CSPs) and various IT data sources.
Familiarity with the technical requirements surrounding event-driven systems and batch reconciliation processes.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to define and manage data contracts and schema evolution.
Understanding of security fundamentals related to resource access control (RBAC/IAM) and credential management
10+ years' experience including 3+ years of product management experience with developer products
1+ years of experience with Terraform and one or more large cloud providers
Familiarity with coding practices in modern programming languages like Java, Golang, Node, Ruby etc.
Strong user and market research skills
Ability to organize multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
Analytical with the ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs
Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud tools, and developer tooling
Comfortable talking to developers and platform engineers to work on product discovery
Extensive familiarity with HashiCorp & IBM Products and Services
