Rôle et responsabilités

IBM MaaS360 Digital Sales Specialist-Telco, you’ll become a trusted go-to expert. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions. We’re committed to success. Together, our achievements will drive your career, team, and clients to thrive. In this role, you will:

  • Own the business development for assigned partners in an assigned territory.
  • Conduct strategy and tactics that generate new MaaS360 leads from your business partner.
  • Be the point of contact for IBM resources, promoting engagement and driving new business.
  • Manage sales engagement activities like events, lunch & learns, webinars, partner / customer events, etc.

KPIs are tied to overall territory growth, enablement, and win-success for your partner and territory.   • Technical Sales Proficiency and Relationship Management
  • High Proficiency in Digital Selling including Cold Calls, Cadences, Social Media tools and techniques.
  • Competent Client Facing Presentation Skills.
  • Top of the funnel prospecting experience: i.e. SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Proven experience working with business partners across business channels.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.


This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the Incentive Plan assigned to you.
