- Receive and document IT issues and service requests reported by users
- Perform initial problem analysis and basic troubleshooting
- Resolve common operational issues (permission settings, account creation, password resets, etc.)
- Ensure user requests are responded to within SLA timeframes
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support following established procedures
- Strong communication skills and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Basic documentation skills and knowledge base maintenance capabilities
- Strong English reading and writing proficiency
