This person will be responsible for maintaining and fostering strong relationships with both clients and vendors, serving as a liaison between the client and the Indian team.

  • Engage in communication with business users, both written and verbal
  • Lead discussions with suppliers regarding exceptional cases
  • Provide support to the Indian team for challenging invoice processing, query resolution, and payment run preparation tasks
