Rôle et responsabilités

• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll (PY) including schemas, rules, and wage types.

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including pre-payroll activities, simulation, posting to FI, and post-payroll processes.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. tax, social security, labor laws) based on country-specific regulations.

• Support Compensation Management, including salary structures, merit increases, promotions, and bonus plans.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll integration with SAP FI/CO and third-party vendors.

• Maintain HR master data and ensure data integrity across Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).

• Provide technical and functional support for SAP Payroll issues, including investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies.

• Create and maintain documentation for configuration, process flows, and user guides.

• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts, including testing and training.

• Support audits and reporting by delivering accurate payroll-related data and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Compensation Management.

• Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and infotypes.

• Experience with SAP Time Management (TM) and integration with Payroll.

• Payroll (ECP) is a plus.

• Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO and experience in payroll posting.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
