Carrying out careful analyses to release credit for the agricultural sector, ensuring assertive decisions in line with company policies.
Managing the flow of communication with banking correspondents and end customers, acting actively and receptively through messaging applications, chat and e-mail.
Carrying out and monitoring notarial activities, including interactions with notaries and clients to resolve pending documents.
Ensure a high level of productivity and quality, working to set clear targets and committing to agreed deadlines and SLAs.
Identify and propose process improvements to optimize performance and customer experience.
Keeping up to date with the demands of the agricultural sector, ensuring consistent analysis and adherence to market needs. This position requires analytical skills, excellent communication and a results-oriented approach in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Ease and experience with document analysis;
- Previous experience in customer service will be a plus;
- Analytical profile, with the ability to interpret data and information and make assertive decisions;
- Complete university degree or technologist in Administration, Law or related areas will be a plus;
- Proficiency in Office package tools, especially Excel and Word;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and service channels;
- Ability to anticipate possible problems, redefine priorities and adapt quickly to the client's ever-changing demands;

- Previous experience in document analysis in the banking or agricultural sector.
- Experience in customer service, especially through digital channels such as messaging apps, chat and email.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables and data analysis tools.
- Experience in environments with productivity and quality targets, demonstrating the ability to deal with strict deadlines and SLAs.
- Track record of working in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changes and customer demands.
- Experience in developing strategic solutions to complex problems.
