- Developing, building, and delivering solutions to customers based on IBM Technology Expert Labs technologies with a focus on IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation Portfolio – (IBM FileNet, Business Automation Workflow, IBM Content Manager Enterprise Edition, IBM Content Manager OnDemand, IBM Content Navigator, and related technologies.)
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on IBM Automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for business automation solutions, including product best practices and implementation guides.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team to design and implement AI-powered features and functionalities in our products.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team to understand customer pain points, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless on-boarding and support of our products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and technical optimization through data analysis and feedback from customers and internal sources.
- Host technical enablement events and focused workshops, both face-to-face and virtual, aimed at enabling business partners and customers expose the value of IBM Business Automation products and solutions to our customers’ business.
• Customize and configure IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation software products such as IBM FileNet, Automation Workflow, IBM Content Manager Enterprise Edition, IBM Content Manager OnDemand, IBM Content Navigator, and related technologies.
- Integrate IBM Datacap with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Integrate ECM solutions with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Install, configure, and deploy IBM Datacap /FileNet solutions.
- Conduct testing to ensure the reliability and performance of document capture applications.
- Collaborate with system administrators for successful deployment.
- Customize and configure IBM Datacap components to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and implement rules, actions, and validations within Datacap.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IBM Datacap /ECM FileNet applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, performing updates and patches as required.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ECM solutions.
- Implement security best practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of content within ECM systems.
- Stay updated on security vulnerabilities and apply necessary patches and updates
- OpenShift administration, troubleshooting and resolve issues
- Cloud Pak for Business Automation installation, administration, troubleshooting and resolve issues
- Working with automation and/ or Integration products (RPA, Workflow Automation, Proccess Mining, Decision Mgmt, Automation Platforms)
