- Support TEL sellers to drive business growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding IBM Z services.
Conduct regular service reviews, address escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Align IBM Z services with business requirements and IT strategy.
Drive adoption of DevOps, cloud integration (Hybrid Cloud), and AIOps for mainframe operations.
Deep understanding of IBM Z architecture (z/OS, z/VM, z/Linux), subsystems (CICS, IMS, Db2), and middleware (MQ, WebSphere).
Expertise in mainframe operations, including JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, RACF, and SMF/log analysis.
Understanding of IBM Z and Hybrid Cloud solutions (Red Hat OpenShift, IBM Cloud Pak for Z).
Experience with mainframe modernization (APIs, containerization, microservices).
