In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Rôle et responsabilités

IBM is looking for a Salesforce Developer with solid proven experience to design, implement and optimize strategic solutions on the Salesforce platform. The professional will work on highly complex projects, ensuring performance, scalability and alignment with market best practices.

Responsibilities:

Development on the Salesforce platform:
    - Creation and maintenance of complex solutions with Apex (triggers, classes, batch, schedulers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and optimized queries with SOQL/SOSL.
    - Customization of objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules and Process Builder.

Process automation:
    - Implementation of business automations with a focus on performance, cost reduction and adherence to good practices.
   
Systems integration:
    - Development of integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services and modern architecture standards.
   
Agile Methodologies:
    - Working in Scrum/Kanban teams, using Visual Studio Code for continuous, quality deliveries.

 - Solid experience in Salesforce.
    - Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and automations (Process Builder, Flows).
    - Knowledge of integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and security standards.
    - Experience with Visual Studio Code, Git and CI/CD practices.
    - Ability to document technical solutions and align business requirements

 - Experience with Vlocity Core.
 - Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).
 - Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
