In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
- Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development
- Architect and design ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD solutions
- Experience leading implementations of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements
- Experience engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations
- Experience creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation
- ServiceNow CAS, CAD, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM Certified
- Understanding of other ServiceNow products
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
