In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
The Senior IBM Maximo Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of IBM Maximo systems. This role requires extensive experience with Maximo 7.x and MAS 8, a strong background in the Energy and Utilities sector, and the capability to manage a team for ongoing enhancements and Application Management Services (AMS).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maximo Implementation and Upgrades: Lead and execute upgrades from Maximo 7.x to MAS 8, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
- Customization and Enhancements: Develop and implement custom solutions to meet specific business needs within the Energy and Utilities sector and other domains.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Maximo professionals, providing guidance and oversight for AMS and enhancement projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure effective utilization of Maximo systems.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in Maximo implementation and management
Techno - Functional:
- Have Functional knowledge in Maximo Work Order Management, Asset & Location management and any 2 main module.
- Have experience with at least 2 Add Ons in Maximo / MAS.
- Have hands on experience in Maximo Integration with External System using Synchronous & Asynchronous pattern.
- Understanding, preferred Hands-on experience on use of Automation Script for Integration
- Addressing NFR for a Project and share your experience.
- Experience in deployment, troubleshooting, on MAS environments (On-Prem / SaaS / Hybrid).
- Good knowledge of Maximo Database (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) and performance tuning added advantage.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
