In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Content designers create and communicate meaning throughout product or service experiences for users and customers. They help people understand the value of IBM-designed solutions and client experiences with clarity and consistency and guide people to advance their next steps to achieve their goals. Core skills include: 1. Modeling and structuring content to create viable, feasible, and desirable solutions. 2. Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform content. 3. Writing, editing, and curating content for accuracy, clarity, and usability. 4. Simplifying complex content for users. 5. Creating content that motivates users to take action. 6. Establishing and maintaining a consistent voice and tone throughout the content journey. 7. Defining content goals and user journeys based on user or customer objectives. 8. Localizing content for diverse audiences and markets
- Proven experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and brevity.
- Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design processes.
- Experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and content management systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to diverse user needs and contexts.
1.- Leverages tools like SEMRush, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, Appian and Jira to execute and manage content delivery.
2.- Conduct and incorporate feedback to ensure experiences are intuitive and effective in collaboration with UX editors, designers, product teams, legal and compliance to create and review content.
