IBM Expert Labs Turkey is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our Data & AI team. This role is crucial in ensuring successful customer delivery of IBM’s advanced data and AI solutions. The selected candidate will manage the Data & AI delivery team, project timelines, resources, and customer satisfaction while driving innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure the successful integration of Data & AI solutions into customer environments
- Coordinate between customers and internal and external teams to drive project execution
- Plan, manage, and improve delivery processes to achieve project goals
- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent potential delivery issues
- Manage BP and customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure best practices are followed in implementing IBM Data & AI products
- Technically lead Data & AI teams in delivery projects, providing guidance and strategic direction
- Act as a team manager for internal Data & AI teams, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development
- Provide expertise in AI tools and AI data set training methodologies
- Lead initiatives related to training LLM models, Watsonx.ai, Watsonx.gov LLM models, and Watsonx.studio
- Oversee ETL processes and manage data pipeline solutions, including IBM DataStage and other ETL tools
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, project management, or consulting in addition to management skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Data & AI technologies (e.g., Watson, Cloud Pak for Data)
- Strong knowledge and experience on Cloud and Containerization technologies and terms (e.g., Kubernetes, Openshift)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Data & AI technologies (e.g., Watson, Cloud Pak for Data)
- Proven project and process management skills (Agile, ITIL, or PMP certifications preferred)
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Experience working with enterprise customers in complex IT environments
- Background in cloud computing and AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with IBM solutions and their implementation strategies
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
- Hands-on experience with AI model training, particularly LLM models, Watsonx.ai, Watsonx.gov, and Watsonx.studio
- Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and tools such as IBM DataStage
