As a Project Manager for our Technical Sales organization, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design effective feedback and management strategies. You will analyze data to generate insights that help leadership make informed decisions. You’ll be at the forefront of driving program design, project direction, defining metrics, and management performance to meet project expectations. This role requires strong communication skills combined with operational expertise to ensure transparency, consistency, and smooth execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Management Systems: Support Technical Sales programs and its related processes and resources to achieve objectives. This includes managing reviews, resource tracking, and delivering regular, precise reports to leadership with actionable insights.
- Dashboard Insights: Monitor key business dashboards to track operational metrics, performance trends, and KPIs across departments. Consistently review data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Develop Salesforce dashboards, if needed.
- Project Administration / Other Program Support: Assist in managing strategic and cross-functional projects by tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely task completion. Provide backup support for Technical Sales Programs, as needed.
Collaboration and Relationship Building: Ability to work well with different teams and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
Program and Project Management: Exposure to managing programs, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, and handling multiple tasks at once.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce dashboard design.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in program management and operational processes.
Experience with resource planning processes.
Comfortable interacting with executive leadership and handling confidential information.
Knowledge of software and hardware sales.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
