Introduction:
We are looking for a candidate for the PTCL Project Maximo Stream who can lead the Maximo team. Candidate must possess in-depth functional and technical expertise in Maximo. Candidate should be able to manage the team effectively to handle L1 and L2 tickets while ensuring adherence to client-defined SLAs and provides viable solutions for upcoming change requests.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with the client
- Collaborate with the client to document findings and propose solutions
- Oversee project planning and execution
- Lead and manage the Maximo team
- Develop design documents, including FSD, HLD, LLD, integration, and configuration documents
- Map and document business process flows
- Configure the Maximo system to meet business needs
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Deliver Maximo system training sessions
- Support team members in both functional and technical aspects of Maximo
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth operations.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Over 10 years of experience working with IBM Maximo
- Successfully completed at least 4 Maximo implementations
- Extensive knowledge of Maximo functional modules, including Asset Management, Work Planning, Maintenance, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), Workforce Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement
- Hands-on implementation experience with Maximo Add-ons, including Spatial, Oil & Gas, and Scheduler
- Strong knowledge of the Maximo Application Suite (versions 8 and 9)
- Expertise in Maximo, WebSphere, and other infrastructure setup, including installation, build, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Java programming and scripting languages such as Python and Jython for customizing Maximo applications to meet client requirements.
- Skilled in developing BIRT reports
- Extensive experience with integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
- Proficient in Maximo configuration applications, such as Automation Scripts, Workflow, Application Designer, Database Configuration, Migration Manager, Escalations, Cron Task, Domains and Security Groups.
- Knowledgeable in Oracle and SQL, including the creation of triggers and stored procedures

- Proficient in the prerequisite components of Maximo Application Suite, including CP4D (Cloud Pak for Data), Kafka, and MongoDB.
