Now, we’re opening the door for final-year undergrad students who want to start their career with a 6-month internship and grow into full-time roles. This is your chance to work with the latest IBM Software technologies, learn from industry experts, and see your code make a real impact.
During your internship, you’ll work closely with Software Product experts on real projects in areas like Machine Learning to Generative AI , Automation, Data & AI, Security and Sustainability. You won’t just shadow—you’ll be building, testing, and improving software that matters. Collaborate with diverse teams, gaining communication and teamwork skills valued in any career.
We value curiosity, problem-solving, and eagerness to learn. You don’t need to know everything yet—we’ll teach you. But we’d love to see some of these in your toolkit:
· Programming experience in Go, Java, Python, or scripting languages.
· Exposure to Frontend tools (React, Redux, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
· Interest in backend development with Python, Java, or Go.
· Basic familiarity with test tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Codecept).
· Basic familiarity with test automation using Ansible, Python.
· Understanding of APIs (building, testing, and automating).
· Experience using GitHub or other source code control systems.
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
