Rôle et responsabilités

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions for application modernization using Generative AI technologies. This role requires a strong technical foundation, expertise in cloud-based AI/ML solutions, and an ability to optimize software performance through modern architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy modernized applications utilizing Generative AI technologies.

  • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code using Python and JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript); experience with FastAPI is a plus.

  • Leverage IBM Cloud services and AI/ML technologies, particularly watsonx, for intelligent application development.

  • Work with developer tools such as GitHub, VSCode, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.

  • Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases like Db2, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

  • Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

  • Implement microservices and serverless architectures for scalable solutions.

  • Solve complex software challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI-driven application integration and deployment.

Expertise professionnelle et technique requise
  • 5+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in coding, debugging, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript) frameworks; FastAPI experience is advantageous.
  • Expertise in IBM Cloud services and AI/ML technologies, especially watsonx.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, including GitHub, VSCode, and CI/CD automation.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies such as Db2, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Extensive experience in containerization, using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Solid knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic approach to software development.
