We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll Business Consultant to join our team. This position requires an in-depth understanding of SAP HCM and Payroll systems, with a strong focus on functional consulting and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP HCM and Payroll modules, providing deep technical knowledge and solutions to complex business problems.
- Lead and participate in various phases of SAP HCM and Payroll projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for implementing and optimizing SAP HCM and Payroll processes to align with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM and Payroll solutions.
- Conduct system analysis, design, and configuration, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP HCM and Payroll systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, problem-solving, and provide solutions for any issues related to SAP HCM and Payroll.
- Keep abreast of the latest SAP HCM and Payroll developments, trends, and technologies to suggest improvements and innovations.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a SAP HCM and Payroll Business Consultant, ideally in a large, international organization.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and Payroll modules, including PA, PY, and related customizations.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits administration, time management, and organizational structures.
- Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate, etc.) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Consulting experience, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and expectations.
- Certifications in SAP HCM and Payroll (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - HCM, SAP Certified Technical Associate - Payroll) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
