As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the hiring process for Software and Cloud roles within defined Business Units in India. This role requires expertise in developing search strategies, market mapping, candidate attraction, interviewing, assessment, offer preparation/extension, onboarding, and client management. You will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand business needs and devise strategies to identify and attract top-tier diverse talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
- Possess strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within appropriate and consistent timelines.
- Manage recruitment activities from the discovery stage through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Develop a structured hiring plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking/reporting mechanism.
- Build strong relationships with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers.
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation on job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights on talent availability.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and foster candidate relationships.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including networking, direct outreach, LinkedIn, industry sources, job portals, and referrals.
- 6-8 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment.
- Experience in handling stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Information Technology industry with the ability to learn technical information.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
