A Package Consultant in Workday Talent Management specializes in implementing and supporting the Workday Talent Management module for clients. Using their consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise, they facilitate the integration of the module into the client's business environment to achieve desired business results. Key responsibilities include planning the implementation, conducting fit analyses, gathering requirements, configuring the system, conducting unit testing, and providing post-implementation support as needed. The consultant also resolves configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules. This role focuses on delivering a tailored Talent Management solution that meets the client's unique needs and objectives.
- At least 5 years experience in Workday
- Manage Workday business process configurations including but not limited to report writing, calculated fields, business process design.
- Build condition & validation rules, EIB loads and business process security.
- Need to have agile experience (Scrum Methodology).
- Workday Certification is required
- Experience in other Workday modules is a plus
- Other Workday module certification is highly preferred
