What we want you to do:
You will work with the IBM Targetprocess Platform team to deliver impactful and valuable features. You will personally own end-to-end features from concept to design to production, and partner with product managers, user experience designers, and other engineers to achieve high-quality solutions.
We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences and building robust, scalable systems. You’re someone with a curious mind, who constantly seeks to learn, improve, and explore better ways of solving problems. You care deeply about both the quality of your code and the value it delivers to users.
You take end-to-end ownership seriously, embracing a DevOps culture where building, testing, deploying, and operating software are shared responsibilities. You understand that great software doesn't stop at commit, and you’re proactive in ensuring system health, observability, and resilience.

• Experience delivering enterprise-level software with .NET stack
• Experience with infrastructure and container orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes (K8s), as well as related tools and best practices for deployment, scaling, and monitoring in cloud-native environments
• Experience in designing and developing microservices
• Collaborative work style; effective communication; cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with best SDLC practices: coding standards, reviews, code management, build processes, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Very good knowledge and experience working with MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• JavaScript/Node.js skills with hands-on experience in infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with modern monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar
