Title : Digital Sales Specialist
Digital Sales Specialist (DSS) is responsible for identifying, validating and closing business opportunities. This will contribute to IBM's sales growth.
DSS has the following responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales target with respect portfolios.
- Drive opportunity identification, progression, and closure with Business Partners.
- Leverage an advanced technology stack and deep skills, accountable for demonstrating and driving an assigned set of digital sales focus products.
- Develop industry use cases & sales play.
- Plan & manage assigned territories, specific clients and whitespace.
- Proactively contact via outbound calling and digital outreach targeting prospects for identifying business opportunities.
- Leverage virtual collaboration tools to demonstrate select offerings and create an innovative vision of client success
- Professionally communicate with all appropriate levels of decision makers and influencers
- Use CRM and Sales analytics tool for targeting, prospecting and logging clients information
- Lead digital social activities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Blog & etc.)
- Key performance indicators include period revenue and OI(opportunity Identification) creation, with a specific focus on new client acquisition.
