This position provides support to IBM sellers/internal client teams in creating well-structured deals (client agreements, SOWs, etc.) that meet IBM's financial and client satisfaction goals. You will advise internal clients on the best way to structure transactions within IBM's delivery and fulfillment framework and identify key deal points which may affect revenue recognition. Successful performance requires reading and modifying client documents, modifying IBM standard agreements, and drafting agreements/amendments as needed. In addition, you will both lead and assist in direct client negotiations. Assigned areas may include both a specific account set and/or an area of specialization, e.g., software licensing and services. Candidates should have the ability to understand and work within IBM matrixed organizations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- In-depth understanding of contract law, subcontracting, and business partnership dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Contract negotiation experience.
- Sales and management experience are also both a positive factor.
