In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements with stakeholders, translating needs into efficient solutions in Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
- Performing basic configurations and customizations on the platform, such as creating and adjusting objects, custom fields, flows, reports and dashboards, without the need for advanced programming.
- Preparing detailed functional documentation, including use cases, process flows and functional requirements to guide the development team and guarantee deliveries in line with business expectations.
- Supporting users and teams in the use of Salesforce functionalities, providing training and basic support.
- Collaborating with more experienced consultants in the design and implementation of solutions, participating in meetings and workshops with clients.
- Interest in working with business process analysis and technology.
- Experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and CRM concepts.
- Ability to document processes and requirements in a clear and organized manner.
- Good communication skills, proactivity and willingness to learn.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Omniscript, Data Raptor and VIP.
- Experience with manual testing and collaboration with QA teams.
- Experience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
