Rôle et responsabilités

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Sales Specialist to join our team and focus on the Industrial sector, specifically Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, and Manufacturing. This role involves the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, presenting Oracle solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of these industries, and driving growth within our company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach activities.

2. Client Engagement: Establish and nurture robust relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique business processes and challenges.

3. Solution Presentation: Articulate the value and benefits of Oracle solutions to clients, aligning them with the specific needs of the Industrial sector.

4. Proposal Development: Work in unison with technical teams to craft persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs, addressing client requirements effectively.

5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform and refine your business development strategies.

6. Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including marketing and project delivery, to ensure seamless alignment and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.

7. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass sales targets, contributing significantly to the expansion of IBM's Oracle practice.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in business development, go-to-market strategies, or sales within the Oracle ecosystem, particularly within the Industrial sector.

2. Deep understanding of Oracle solutions and their practical applications in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, and Manufacturing industries.

3. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and stimulating business growth.

5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, working both autonomously and collaboratively.

Expertise professionnelle et technique souhaitée

1. Holding an Oracle Certification.

2. Experience with Oracle Cloud services.

3. Familiarity with industry-specific ERP solutions like Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle NetSuite.
