As a Business Analyst at IBM, you will play an essential role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze data, identify process improvements, and support the delivery of impactful digital transformation initiatives. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will contribute to designing and deploying innovative solutions while continuously developing your consulting and technical skills.
Key responsibilities include:
•Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support project delivery.•Perform data analysis to provide insights that guide decision-making.•Support process mapping and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.•Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.•Assist in the development, deployment, and monitoring of technology solutions.•Contribute to project documentation, presentations, and reporting for internal and client stakeholders.•Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.•Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or data-driven project support.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.•Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.•Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.•Fluency in English and French (written and spoken). Additional language is a strong plus. •Swiss/EU nationality or valid Swiss permit required.
•Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.•Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).•Knowledge of digital transformation technologies (e.g., automation, cloud solutions, AI).
