Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

·       Lead and support business development activities, including pre-sales activities (i.e. proposals).

·       Coach and support members within our SAP practice on their career progress journey.

·       Lead project delivery teams throughout the client's transformation journey. It includes:

o   Lead client-facing workshops by demonstrating sound functional and industry knowledge

o   Design and implement state-of-the-art solutions incorporating solution best practices

o   Adopt and incorporate IBM's leading market tools and methodologies in the engagements.


o   Design and implement state-of-the-art architecture by demonstrating a broad knowledge of the SAP solutions in the Reporting and Analytics space.

As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·       The candidate must demonstrate a sound functional knowledge in core process areas, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources.

·       The candidate must demonstrate solid leadership skills, including managing a wide range of stakeholders and technical teams and coordination across engagement streams.

·       The candidate must demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills.

·       Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions.

·       Functional background with solid relationships amongst client's senior stakeholders and broad expertise in developing analytical solutions.

·       Solid hands-on experience.

·       Core skills:

o   Data Warehousing solutions: SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA and Native HANA

o   SAP Reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Embedded Analytics (Webdynpro Grid, Smart KPI, Review booklet), SAP Analytics for Office

 

o   Programming skills: SAP ABAP CDS and SQL Development

 

Expertise professionnelle et technique souhaitée

 

Preferred Experience:

·       Basic understanding about other cloud Datawarehouse solutions: Snowflake, Databricks

·       Non-SAP Reporting and Analytics tools. Power BI, Tableau etc.

·       Experience or exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases

·       Certifications in this space.


·       Preferred candidate holds a valid AGSVA security clearance, or must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain clearance.
