Are you a seasoned finance professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for process optimization and team leadership? We're excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our AR Core team as AR Senior Analyst, where you'll oversee the end-to-end management of Account Receivables
As AR Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for following activities:
- Credit Management
- Credit hold review and release - price check orders and review credit requests
- Collection Management
- Collect cash - Review billing errors and EDI failures, raised tickets and follow up. Weekly review with AR Managers and follow up actions
- Cash Application
- Review customer ledgers and assign actions
- Lockbox review, approve exceptions etc.
- Dispute and Deduction
- Reconcile claims clearance account and identify actions to clear
- Perform HR to SAP reconciliation for Delivery claims and identify actions
- Review actions on customer claims (PC & DC) and issue credit note
- Trade Spend Management
- Setup rebate/promotion - Setting up ORDs, recalculating and adjusting ORDs in year. Siebel Admin: reviewing and approving promos, supporting Sales, checking accruals.
- Process rebate or promotion claim - Reassign/add attachments in Siebel/TCM to claims, review and action items stuck in Hex 4, review and settle TCM claims, review actual shipped pricing for pricing claims / invalids & audit claims.
- Manage open accruals - Review open liability report for Siebel & TCM, marketing month end & controls of BS and GRIR.
- Fluent English required, other European language nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package & SAP
- BA or MA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and prepare reports
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience in coordinating efforts with cross-functional groups.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to compliance with policies and regulations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High Radius knowledge would be an asset
