We are seeking an experienced Change Management / Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of SAP implementations and other business transformations.
Su función y responsabilidades
Sales: Lead the OCM response to SAP centric sales pursuits, including proposal development and client orals
Delivery: Lead OCM for complex, global SAP implementations.  Develop communications, engagement and training strategies and plans. Lead OCM team and program execution
Innovation: Lead development of AI enabled OCM tools that increase efficiency and effectiveness
Eminence: Champion IBM-wide adoption of internally developed and externally acquired OCM tools and techniques.  Lead communities of practice and efforts to upskill colleagues in OCM methods and skills
