Su función y responsabilidades

As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.

You'll collaborate with client stakeholders and internal partners to understand the business problem and requirements, constraints of the system and concerns of the various stakeholders to systematically transform detailed solutions (architectures) for the client.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Analysis and Modernized Solution Design: Analyze and translate IT requirements using modernization frameworks into components of a modernized solution.
  • Agile Development and Cloud Application Testing: Develop and test applications in cloud environments and be part of Delivery/Engagement teams.
  • Optimize Digital Modernization Assets and Methods: Reuse and enhance Digital modernization assets, methods, and collateral.
  • Innovative Cloud Infrastructure Solutions and Collaboration: Collaborate in the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions and services for our customer's needs.

Educación requerida
Licenciatura
Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida
  • Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and database systems
  • Experienced in Kubernetes and Container
  • Strong experience with REST APIs and Integration (Kafka, Solace)
  • Proven experience in microservices architecture
  • Certified and experienced in cloud platforms (OpenShift, Azure, or AWS)
  • Strong experience in monitoring, and logging systems
  • Deep understanding of Scrum/SAFe methodologies
  • Fluent in both English and German (written & spoken)
  • Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida
  • TOGAF certification
  • Familiarity with Vault and security-by-design practices
  • Jira expertise
  • Experience integrating AI into development workflows
  • Hands-on experience in IntelliJ, GitLab/GitHub, Helm, Tekton, Maven
