The Innovation Studio Strategist within helps different studios across the network rapidly deploy new client and partner engagements. This role combines transformation and execution, bringing together strategic and pragmatic instincts to accelerate time to outcomes. Which the specifics can vary over the lifecycle of the engagement deployment, they range from working with the IBM SMEs to help develop the specific client and partner engagement, hardening into rapidly deployable experiences in working with the event and innovation studio experience team as far as possible, enabling the studio teams to be able to deploy the engagement, and in some cases leading the first set of pilot engagements to both test as well as update the design of the engagements. The role requires a deep focus on client and partner outcomes as well as the ability to understand where the studio teams are and what is really needed for them to expand their capabilities in these areas.
- Experience working with both sales and marketing organizations to deliver client and partner engagements
- Able to quickly understand organizational and cultural nuances to ensure position of experiences and enablement is contextual to audience
- Proficient with content management systems and strategies
- Experienced using data from various tools to inform strategy development, decision making, and reporting
- Experience deploying client and partner journeys at events, client centers and/or Innovation Studios
- Sales and/or marketing experience
