• Supporting implementation and execution of Benefits programs and Benefit design changes
• Update HR systems
• Supporting resolution of employee queries, routine and exceptional cases
• Ensure overall compliance with following the policy and process documentation
• Provide ideas for process simplification and automation
• Supporting benefits activities for countries supported by the Budapest Center of Excellence Team. This includes (but is not limited to) eligibility reviews, certain controls and checks, vendor management, benefit reconciliations, invoice validation etc.
As a Benefits Professional, you will be responsible for all operational and delivery aspects and overall integrity of IBM’s global benefits, absence programs, including managing the operational aspects of our vendor/supplier relationships also with regards to quality and service delivery. You will work closely together with other Benefits Professionals, Benefits Administrators as well as with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, employee communications and financial reporting related to the benefits programs.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Norwegian or Swedish language skills are an advantage but not a must
• Excellent and Effective communication skills, and customer focus
• Excellent team skills, especially remote teaming
• Able to work alone when required, be self-sufficient and proactive
• Must be precise and accurate and work to tight deadlines, cope with peak workloads
