In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Su función y responsabilidades

The Adobe Experience Platform Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Target, within an organization. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technology, customer data platforms, content management systems, and web/mobile application development. The architect will lead the strategic direction of these platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and driving innovation to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Adobe Target, providing guidance and leadership on their implementation and usage across the organization.
2. Design and develop the architecture for these Adobe platforms, aligning them with business objectives and strategic goals.
3. Oversee the technical integration of these platforms with other systems, including CRM, DMPs, and marketing automation tools.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions using these platforms.
5. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and technologies that integrate with AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Adobe Target.
6. Develop and maintain documentation related to the architecture, deployment, and operational procedures of these platforms.
7. Provide technical consultation and training to IT and business teams on Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Adobe Target.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, data management, CMS technologies, and web/mobile SDKs to drive continuous platform evolution.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
1. Extensive experience as an architect or solution designer in digital marketing technologies, preferably with Adobe Experience Cloud.
2. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Target.
3. Proficient understanding of content management systems (CMS), particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
4. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex customer data platform architectures.
5. Strong understanding of data management, including data modeling, data governance, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
6. Excellent knowledge of APIs, web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SDKs.
7. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, preferably in a multi-cloud environment.
9. Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
10. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
13. Relevant professional certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert or/and Master level.
14. Language proficiency: Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken, to interact seamlessly with international clients and colleagues.


This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to drive the successful integration and utilization of Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, and Adobe Target within a customer organization.

Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

1. Leadership: Ability to guide, mentor, and lead software engineering teams, making critical architectural decisions and resolving complex technical challenges.
2. Certifications: Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar are preferred.
