In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Su función y responsabilidades
 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using AWS services.

  • Write clean, maintainable code in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java).

  • Develop APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrate with various third-party services.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):

  • Build and manage serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, etc.

  • Configure and maintain AWS resources for application hosting, security, scalability, and performance.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot application issues using AWS CloudWatch and other observability tools.

DevOps and Security:

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK.

  • Ensure security best practices, including IAM roles/policies, encryption, and secure coding practices.

  • Participate in performance tuning and optimization.

Collaboration & Communication:

 

  • Work with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Document code, systems, and processes as needed.

Educación requerida
Licenciatura
Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of hands-on full stack development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (v7+)
  • Proven expertise in REST API implementation
  • Practical experience using AI tools or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, AWS AI/ML tools)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, Git, and software versioning
  • Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, SageMaker, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing
