IBM is currently driving an internal procurement transformation, promoting digital procurement by leveraging our own automation and AI technologies. We are also utilizing the "Client Zero" environment internally as a client of IBM solutions and offering this to IBM customers as a BPO service.
Our procurement department not only handles our internal purchasing but also offers end-to-end services, including expenditure analysis, category strategy, strategic sourcing across multiple categories, tactical purchases, and operations, to external clients, thereby positioning ourselves as one of the world's best organizations with highly reliable and adaptable processes.
We are now recruiting for our procurement business team. This team actively collaborates with suppliers and internal clients, supporting an excellent IBM procurement function. While the procurement team handles various important missions such as contract management and policy formulation, we are specifically seeking someone to contribute to optimizing the system's role in business processes.

調達業務チームでは、契約業務のサポートやポリシー策定など様々な重要なミッションを担っていますが、そのうち特に業務システムの最適な在り方に貢献いただくシステムの担当者を募集します。
主な業務内容：
- IBMの調達組織で使用するITシステムの最適運用のための各種活動
- 日本国内の調達業務担当者とコミュニケーションし、システム改善などの要望の集約、グローバル調達チームやIT担当者との連携
- 新システム導入の際の調達業務組織としてのプロジェクトへの貢献
- IBMの調達組織はグローバルにまたがっており、他国の調達業務チームのメンバーとの連携も多く生じます。

Main Responsibilities:
- Various activities for the optimal operation of IT systems used in IBM's procurement organization.
- Communication with domestic procurement staff in Japan, gathering requests for system improvements and collaborating with global procurement teams and IT staff.
- Contribution to projects as part of the procurement organization during the introduction of new systems.
- Given that IBM's procurement organization spans globally, collaboration with members of foreign procurement teams often occurs.

- 日本語力および英語力（読み書き・会話）ビジネスレベル
- 社会人としての業務経験1年以上
- 何らかの業務システムの導入・運用にかかわった経験や、ユーザー部門として周囲からの質問に対応したり、自ら積極的に改善活動等にかかわった経験があること
- マルチタスク、マルチプロジェクト環境での業務への適性
- 組織内外のステークホルダーとの連携経験
- Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, conversation).
- Over a year of work experience as a professional.
- Experience in the introduction and operation of some kind of business system, or experience in responding to inquiries from the surrounding user department or proactively participating in improvement activities.
- Suitability for work in a multi-task, multi-project environment.
- Experience in collaboration with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- 大規模組織やグローバル組織での業務経験
- SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Success Factors, Servicenow, Oracle ERPなどの取り扱い経験
- 調達業務プロセスに関する知識・経験
- Experience working in large or global organizations.
- Experience handling SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, etc.
- Knowledge or experience in procurement business processes.
