Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment.
- Employee Engagement: Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace.
- Software Development Experience: Must have a background in software development or support to effectively drive engaging developer enrichment programs.
- Employee Engagement: Experience in employee engagement and event management to foster a positive work environment.
- Project Management Experience: Applied project management experience managing large multidisciplinary and highly visible projects.
- Customer Support Experience: Ability to manage internal event and site deliverables while maximizing satisfaction, particularly when not all needs are met.
