In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Su función y responsabilidades

A Package Consultant specializing in Workday Integrations is responsible for implementing and supporting the integration of Workday with other software systems. This role requires a strong understanding of both the Workday platform and the external systems being integrated. The consultant will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the integration, ensuring that it meets the client's business requirements. This may involve coding, unit testing, and rollout, as well as providing post-implementation support. The consultant must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process.

Licenciatura
Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida

* Demonstrated experience in executing payroll integrations through PECI
 * Has a comprehensive understanding of both the Workday platform and the external systems involved in the integration is essential.
 * Proven experience leading the planning, design, and implementation of system integrations, with a demonstrated ability to ensure solutions align with client business requirements.
* Exposure in coding, unit testing, and rollout, as well as providing post-implementation support
 * Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
 * Workday Integration Certification is required
