In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Providing functional support for SAP SD module, including order management, pricing, and delivery processing
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement SAP SD solutions
Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to end-users
Assisting in the development of user documentation and training materials
Participating in project meetings and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
Experience in SAP SD or related field (training or internship experience will be considered).
Understanding of SAP SD concepts, including order management, pricing, and delivery processing.
Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner Drive to overcome the most challenging or difficult obstacles and look for ways to improve results.
