As the project manager, you will be responsible for building positive & productive working relationships with the client. Your role will include:
- Plan, track and manage the delivery of the project using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning and iterating frequently.
- Work with Product Managers and BAs to ensure product roadmaps are developed and translated into user stories.
- Establish and lead a collaborative, dynamic planning process -prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
Matrix-manage a multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary team. - Establish mechanisms for monitoring and tracking the quality of all built products/services.
- Document, track and manage risks and dependencies.
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle programmes.
- Working experience minimum 7 years OR 3x cycle as Oracle E-Business implementation / Oracle E-Business Suite support.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with Oracle technical knowledge and the ability to communicate the key recommendations to clients.
- Successful track record in delivery of projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability of successfully managing complex programmes - architecture & stakeholders
