An Application Developer with expertise in ServiceNow specializes in providing development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization. They possess knowledge in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages, such as JavaScript. This individual is also proficient in using ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform, the NOW platform, and can design and develop customized reports by applying code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment. They can implement different ServiceNow modules and customize them as needed.
- ServiceNow Application Developer - SPM or ITBM ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) is must.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM framework.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow SPM module.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in the implementation of portfolio management solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SPM module, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in portfolio management and incorporate relevant advancements into the SPM module.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Strong background in portfolio management processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
