Lead and coordinate the progress of internal teams, partner company teams, and offshore development teams as the representative of the Financial Services Department.
Leverage your knowledge of the finance industry and technical expertise to collaborate with IBM while conducting project proposals, negotiations, and adjustments for clients.
As a project estimator, manage client requirements including scope, schedule, and cost, and create and drive project plans based on these requirements.
Plan and manage team efforts for projects ranging from several to around ten members, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Lead project team members from requirement definition through design, development, testing, and ultimately to post-release operations and maintenance.
Balance Quality, Cost, and Delivery throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project success.
