Su función y responsabilidades

As a Digital Technical Specialist, you'll be a collaborative technical expert and trusted advisor working with and across your clients, IBM's broader sales teams, and Business Partners.  You'll understand clients' business and technical requirements within the current competitive landscape and, combining this with your knowledge of IBM's product suite, you'll present value-driving solutions that compel clients to invest in us.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Sales Support: Provide technical support in early tech sales, including demos, proofs of concept, and workshops.
  • Collaboration with IBM Teams: Collaborate with IBM sales teams using various tools.
  • Product Advocacy: Highlight the advantages of your brand's products.
  • Digital Personal Branding: Build a strong personal brand for trust and credibility on digital platforms.
Educación requerida
Diploma de secundaria / GED
Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida
  • Language Skills: : Fluent in English and Arabic or Turkish 
  • Effective Communication and Relationship-Building: Successful communication and relationship-building in enterprise and SMB environments.
  • Pre-sales Expertise: Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or consulting, working with client subject matter experts to scope and demo solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills and a passion for Cloud technologies.
  • Sales Success: Track record of success in Technology Sales.

 

Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida
  • Market Knowledge: market knowledge enabling you to be a trusted client advisor (training on IBM Products will be provided).
