As an Associate Infrastructure Specialist, you'll be responsible for keeping up with the latest changes, using your expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients and products. In your role you may be responsible for:
- Define, analyze and review technical architecture on required platform and coming up with architecture options and recommendations
- Define, detail, and scope the technical requirements into solutions
- Work across key activities in configuration, systems management tools and backup and recovery
- Support Technical Consultants and lead in building solutions and providing technical mentoring and guidance
To work closely with automation engineers, operations, and developers to build out our Jenkins pipelines and further mature these pipelines to production • Experience building, deploying, operating, and monitoring large-scale transactional systems and custom software solutions • Experience automating software configuration and deployment • Strong development skills and understanding of branching and merging strategies involving GIT • A deep understanding of the SDLC and how automation as well as industry best practice is applied • Experience working with Service, Sales, Marketing, and Community clouds • Experience in the following: • Github Actions • SonarQube • GIT/Github AWS: • Cloud formation • Elastic Container Service • Elastic Container registry • S3 • EC2
- AWS Services Expertise:
- Proficiency with CloudFormation, ECS, ECR, S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda, Secrets Manager, and Cognito.
- Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS.
- Strong understanding of access control policies (IAM) and secure data management (Secrets Manager).
- GitHub-Related Skills:
- Proficiency with basic Git commands for version control (e.g., clone, commit, push, pull).
- Experience managing pull requests for code reviews and collaboration.
- Ability to configure and manage GitHub runners for CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with GitHub Secrets for securely storing sensitive data in workflows.
- DevOps Background:
- Solid background in either development or infrastructure with the ability to adapt to hybrid DevOps responsibilities.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like ECS.

Salesforce Support:
Familiarity with AWS Landing Zones and Q Developer.
