Su función y responsabilidades
  1. Run or assist with workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
  2. Document requirements from product owners and business leaders  
  3. Create process maps to show current and future scenarios
  4. Turn clients’ needs into technical specifications for IBM solutions
  5. Analyze data to help with insights, strategy, and organizational design
  6. Define current and future operating scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans, and solutions)
  7. Work with clients using agreed methods to ensure business needs become solution requirements
  8. Predict business value of solutions from the client's perspective
  9. Help key stakeholders use KPIs for evaluation
  10. Tailor communication for different audiences
  11. Work in agile, collaborative environments using IBM Design Thinking to solve client challenges

Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida
  1. 2026 recent graduate with bachelor's degree or higher
  2. Preferred majors: Computer-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications & Information, Electronic Engineering, AI) or Economics & Management fields (Finance, Supply chain)
  3. Fluent Chinese and English Communication
  4. Ability to understand client needs and problems
  5. Creative, logical thinking to find solutions  
  6. Strong quantitative analysis skills
  7. Can give recommendations based on data and insights
  8. Good at multitasking and meeting deadlines, even when priorities conflict
  9. Excellent communication skills - can listen actively and explain complex situations clearly
Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida
