Develop, configure, and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge Management, etc.).
Design and implement workflows, automation rules, UI customizations, business logic, and integration scripts based on operational requirements.
Manage the ITSM application lifecycle including planning, testing, release management, deployment, and documentation.
Analyze business/user requirements and convert them into technical solutions within the ITSM platform.
Build dashboards, reports, and metrics related to SLA/OLA performance and IT service delivery.
Integrate ITSM platforms with external systems (LDAP/Active Directory, monitoring tools, ERP, HRIS, third-party applications).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide second/third-level support for ITSM applications.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Java.
Strong understanding of web technologies: REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML.
Experience building workflow automation, business rules, UI policies, and/or custom applications on ITSM platforms.
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and data integrations.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is an advantage.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
