- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs, objectives, and regulatory constraints. Create high-level architectural designs for AI (Artificial Intelligence) and machine learning solutions, considering security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
- Address ethical concerns including bias mitigation and algorithm fairness ensuring that solutions align with client values and policies and governance needs.
- Providing proof of concepts and simplifying complex topics to educate clients.
- Establishing credibility and trust to facilitate the closure of solution deals.
- Previous experience in a Technical Sales/Solution Consultant/Sales Engineer role
- Experience working with the sales lifecycle and driving customer outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills at all levels of an organization.
- Driven and initiative-taking with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.
- Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships with peers and clients.
- Experience with IBM ML, Data Science and Governance solutions (watsonx.*, DataStage, Data Replication, Knowledge Catalog, Cloud Pak for Data, etc.) or equivalent solutions
- Experience with IBM Hybrid Data Management solutions (IBM DB2 Family, Cloudera, Netezza Performance Server, etc.) or equivalent solutions
- Competitive product experience a plus (Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS, and Oracle)
- Experience in SaaS / Cloud technologies
